Non-U.S. suppliers
A Colombian, Mexican, European, Chinese or other non-U.S. supplier is not automatically outside U.S. controls. U.S.-origin content, U.S. persons, U.S. banks, dollar clearing, reexports, sanctions rules and the specific product/end user can create additional requirements.
SAHJONY will not represent a corridor as executable until the applicable commercial and compliance gates are satisfied.
Payment mechanics
There is no universal Cuba payment method. The lawful structure depends on product, parties, authorization, banks and transaction documents. Agricultural and non-agricultural transactions can be subject to different rules.
See the dedicated Cuba payments page for the current customer-facing control framework and official-source links.
Supplier identity & pricing
Supplier pricing is non-public by default. Buyer-facing disclosure, intermediary protection, customer identity, commissions and exclusivity are transaction-specific and must follow the approved commercial path.
What registration does not mean
Registration is not Cuba approval, a purchase order, a sanctions determination, a representation agreement, an exclusive territory or a promise of buyer demand.
