This page explains what the current SAHJONY supplier website does and does not charge. A registration form is not a commission agreement, representation agreement, exclusivity agreement or purchase commitment.

Registration / qualification

The current website does not collect a supplier registration or qualification fee.

Public listing

Supplier registration does not automatically create a public marketplace listing. The current site does not collect a listing fee; publication requires separate evidence review and approval.

Transaction compensation

No universal percentage is published because none is standardized today. A transaction may use a disclosed commission, success fee, agreed margin or representation structure only when the applicable economics are separately stated and agreed in writing.

Supplier payment terms

The registration form does not create payment terms. Currency, invoicing, deposits, L/C terms, milestones, buyer-payment dependencies and supplier settlement timing must be stated in the transaction-specific quote, PO, invoice or contract.

Pricing visibility

Submitted supplier pricing is non-public by default. SAHJONY may use it internally for qualification and opportunity matching. Public publication or buyer-facing disclosure is limited to the specific commercial path and should not be treated as a public price list unless explicitly approved.

Exclusivity & delisting

Registration itself creates no exclusivity. Any exclusive territory, customer protection, representation or channel restriction requires separate written terms. A supplier may request removal of a public listing; required transaction, audit or legal records may still be retained where applicable.

Important: deal-specific economics already present in SAHJONY records are not a universal supplier rate. They remain transaction-specific until separately agreed. Nothing on this page guarantees buyer demand, an award, a quote, a purchase order or revenue.
