PUBLIC OPERATING STANDARDS
Know what is verified, who controls the decision, and what happens to your data.
This page explains how SAHJONY LLC handles international sourcing and trade-origination work in practice. It is designed for buyers, procurement teams, manufacturers, exporters and commercial introducers who need more than marketing language before sharing business information.
—public governed pipeline records
—records at firm-quote stage
—records carrying explicit evidence entries
—last public evidence refresh
What these numbers mean: they show active qualification and sourcing work recorded under a governed evidence policy. They are not completed-deal counts, revenue claims or guarantees.
OPERATING MODEL
SAHJONY is a commercial coordinator, not an invisible claim generator.
The operating model combines a human-led trade desk with software and AI assistance. Technology expands sourcing coverage, organizes evidence, drafts non-binding communications, tracks follow-up and identifies missing inputs. Authorized humans retain control over material commercial commitments, payment actions and other high-consequence decisions.
ROLESourcing & origination
SAHJONY can identify potential manufacturers, exporters, distributors, buyers or transaction counterparties and organize the commercial path between them.
ROLEQualification & evidence
We distinguish sourced, contacted, documented, commercially aligned and approved states instead of presenting every lead as “verified.”
ROLEGoverned coordination
Where a transaction progresses, we can coordinate RFQs, commercial terms, documents, logistics milestones and evidence-backed closing steps within the agreed role.
Important scope boundary: SAHJONY does not claim to own inventory, operate warehouses, act as a customs broker, freight carrier, bank, insurer, inspection company, law firm or government authority unless a specific transaction includes an appropriately authorized provider performing that role.
COUNTERPARTY VERIFICATION
Verification is a chain of evidence, not a badge.
Different claims require different proof. A real legal entity may still have unverified stock. A valid quotation may still depend on unverified buyer authority. A certification PDF may still need issuer or scope confirmation. We therefore track separate states instead of collapsing everything into “verified / not verified.”

CURRENT OPERATING COVERAGE
What the public governed pipeline shows today.
The current public deal records demonstrate active sourcing/qualification work in industrial equipment, chemicals/raw materials, EV charging infrastructure, power-generation assets, metals/recyclables and commercial goods. Current market references include Canada, the United States, South Korea, Oman, Kenya and China-origin supply.
NORTH AMERICACanada / United States
Examples include commercial goods and EV charging infrastructure qualification. Market-specific certification and buyer validation remain transaction gates.
ASIA & MIDDLE EASTSouth Korea / China / Oman
Examples include chemical/raw-material supply and industrial motor sourcing, with payment and technical-fit controls explicitly tracked.
EAST AFRICAKenya
Examples include metals/recyclables qualification where KYB, stock evidence, inspection and payment alignment are material gates.
Coverage is not a blanket promise. Product legality, sanctions/export controls, local import rules, licensing, origin/destination restrictions, counterparty quality and logistics can make a particular corridor unavailable.
AUTHORITY & COMMERCIAL CONTROLS
The system can accelerate work. It cannot manufacture authority.

PRIVACY & DATA HANDLING
We separate initial commercial intake from sensitive transaction evidence.
A procurement manager or supplier should not have to submit unnecessary sensitive information merely to ask whether SAHJONY can help. Public forms are intended for business identity and requirement/capability information.
INITIAL PUBLIC INTAKEAppropriate information
- Business legal name, business contact and business email.
- Product/supply requirement, quantity, destination, specifications and timing.
- Company website and ordinary commercial notes.
- Optional target budget, Incoterm or standard payment preference.
Do not submit through public forms: passwords, online-banking credentials, payment-card data, private keys, SSNs, unrelated passport scans or other credentials that can directly unlock an account.
QUALIFICATION / EXECUTIONAdditional evidence only when needed
- Corporate/KYB documents to support identity or authority.
- Technical/certification documents to support product claims.
- Inspection, inventory or production evidence where relevant.
- Payment-instrument information only when the transaction reaches the stage where it is commercially necessary.
Data should be used for qualification, sourcing, coordination, audit and the related commercial relationship—not as a license to publish a counterparty's confidential information.
Data minimization principle: collect what is needed for the present stage, request stronger evidence only when the opportunity advances, and avoid placing reusable credentials or unrelated sensitive personal information into general-purpose notes.
COMMERCIAL CLAIMS POLICY
How SAHJONY distinguishes progress from outcome.
PIPELINEOpportunity ≠ revenue
A potential margin or commission can be modeled for decision-making, but it remains projected until the underlying transaction completes and the relevant compensation is earned and reconciled.
QUOTEQuote ≠ contract
A supplier quotation can be genuine while buyer acceptance, payment mechanics, intermediary protection or other conditions remain unresolved.
CONTRACTContract ≠ collection
A signed document does not by itself establish shipment, delivery, payment or collected revenue. Those later stages require their own evidence.
