SAHJONY LLC · GLOBAL TRADE
CUSTOMER GUIDE · HOW THE BUSINESS OPERATES

How SAHJONY Global Trade works.

SAHJONY is an international sourcing and trade-facilitation business. We help qualified businesses define real requirements, identify potential counterparties, collect and review evidence, manage RFQs and quotations, surface commercial/risk issues, coordinate negotiation and move authorized transactions toward execution. We keep qualification, verification, approval and realized outcomes as separate stages.

THE PROCESS

From business need to controlled execution.

01Submit a requirement

Tell us what your business needs, approximate quantity, destination, timing and business contact information.

02Qualification

We clarify specifications, commercial requirements, decision authority and missing information.

03Counterparty sourcing

We identify potential suppliers, buyers or commercial counterparties without treating discovery itself as verification.

04Evidence review

Identity, authority, capability, documents and product-specific claims are reviewed to determine what is supported and what remains pending.

05RFQ and quotation

Comparable commercial terms are requested and organized without treating an unverified quote as a completed deal.

06Commercial / risk review

Payment mechanics, logistics assumptions, certifications, destination requirements and applicable risk gates are evaluated.

07Human approval

Binding price, contract, payment, banking changes and regulated decisions require authorized human approval.

08Execution and reconciliation

Once approved, documents, logistics and closing milestones are coordinated; revenue is treated as realized only from real evidence.

WHAT “VERIFIED” MEANS

Different claims need different evidence.

SOURCED

A candidate has been identified.

CONTACTED

A responsive business contact exists.

DOCUMENTED

Relevant identity/capability evidence has been received.

COMMERCIAL

Current terms are available for comparison.

APPROVED

Required human and risk gates are cleared for the next binding step.

Example: a supplier can be a legitimate company while current stock remains unverified. A quotation can be genuine while buyer authority or payment alignment remains pending. SAHJONY does not collapse those differences into one marketing badge.
WHAT SAHJONY DOES

One commercial coordinator across the transaction.

BUYER SIDE

Requirement & sourcing

Clarify demand, find potential supply, compare options and organize the commercial decision process.

SUPPLIER SIDE

Capability & market access

Review legitimate supply capabilities and match them against relevant business requirements when appropriate.

TRANSACTION

Trade coordination

Coordinate RFQs, quotations, commercial terms, documents, logistics and governed closing milestones within SAHJONY's agreed role.

Important: an inquiry is not a deal, a quotation is not a contract, and a contract is not collected revenue. SAHJONY separates each stage so customers know exactly what is evidenced and what still requires approval.
COMMERCIAL MODEL

How SAHJONY may earn revenue.

SOURCING

Sourcing or facilitation fee

A disclosed fee may apply for sourcing, qualification, transaction coordination or another agreed service scope.

SUCCESS

Commission or success fee

Some transactions may use a commission or success-based fee that becomes payable only under agreed commercial terms and the relevant earned event.

STRUCTURED TRADE

Protected commercial margin

Where lawful and contractually appropriate, SAHJONY may participate through an agreed transaction margin or representation structure.

DATA & PRIVACY

What to submit—and what not to put in a public form.

INITIAL INTAKE

Business information

Business legal name, business contact, requirement/capability, quantity, destination, specifications and ordinary commercial details are appropriate for initial qualification.

LATER-STAGE

Stronger evidence when needed

Corporate/KYB documents, technical files, certifications, inspection/stock evidence or payment-instrument information may be requested later when relevant to a real transaction stage.

DO NOT SUBMIT PUBLICLY

Reusable credentials

Do not place passwords, bank-login credentials, card data, private keys, SSNs or unrelated passport/identity scans into a general public inquiry.

CUSTOMER PROTECTION

What the platform will not do automatically.

NO FALSE CERTAINTY

No invented availability or approval

We do not represent unverified inventory, capacity, certification, compliance status or counterparty authority as fact.

NO AUTONOMOUS COMMITMENT

Human control of binding actions

AI may research, qualify, organize and follow up, but cannot independently sign contracts, accept binding prices or release funds.

NO UNVERIFIED PAYMENT CHANGE

Payment and banking controls

Payment release, beneficiary changes and bank-instruction changes require authorized verification.

FAQ

What customers usually need to know.

Do I need to know the supplier already?

No. You can start with a defined business requirement and SAHJONY can coordinate supplier discovery and staged qualification.

Does submitting a request guarantee a quote?

No. Availability, pricing and commercial terms depend on actual counterparties, evidence and the real requirement.

Can SAHJONY handle international coordination?

Yes, subject to the transaction, eligible countries, counterparties, documentation, authorization and applicable law.

When does a transaction become real?

Only after the relevant counterparties, commercial terms, documentation, risk gates and authorized approvals are sufficiently evidenced.
